I have been in Management for the past 13 years, including the last ten at an Executive Protection and Behavioral Assessment company. I resigned in December of 2005 to form a company dedicated to conscious development (sustainability, spiritual development and shadow coaching, project development). The tools I utilize most are psychology and  intuition. BIGGS represents Benevolence, Integrity, Graciousness, Gratitude, and Sincerity (B.i.g.g.s. Development and Investments, Inc - where development and investments includes people, places, and ideas). I have been to over 30 countries; to include Nepal, Bhutan, Mozambique (where I formed another company with the same intention as my LA based company), Tanzania, Turkey, Morocco, China, Japan, and Australia. I have established friends all over the world and would like to put those connections to good use. Growing up (I lived in each section of the US as my family moved around quite a bit), I learned early how challenging different cultural ideologies can be to harmonious exchange; and the need for those who can help bridge those differences. My leadership talent encompases guiding specialists from different fields to form a cohesive group with a like minded intention. I am looking to put that skill into action to help make some kind of difference. My aim is to develop projects that result in impact across the globe.
